I know RULES SUCK, but these are requirement!- Open to all.
- Any type of website is accepted.
- No website required, email MANDATORY.
- REAL names will be accepted no nick names like XxPrincessxX or Pimpster. If you don't submit a real name I just wont add you, sorry.
- If you have a website, code must be up before you fill out the form, if it's not up and I check I will ONLY add your email address. I do periodic checks so keep it up and put it on an easy to find place like a joined or cliques page.
- If you move or change your email address, please be nice and come change it here.
